Hello,

We are a family of 6 (4 children + 2 adults). My 3 older children (aged 13,10,8) are from my previous marriage and we have shared care (week on week off).

We have been in our current rental for 5 years and have had the most amazing landlords. Unfortunately, they are in a position where they have to sell and it is time for us to move on.

We are a very close family and have taken excellent care of the rental we are in, as if it were our own place. Our landlords have written a reference which I have attached, and I will also attach another reference from a holiday home we have been staying at for 6 years

We are an active family we love the beach, bush waking, being outdoors and adventures.

I had the idea that house sitting for long term (6-12 months), would be really great for our family to help us save money for a deposit for our own home.

I'm not sure how it works, or whether contracts are written up, but we would be more than happy for something to be put together to ensure everyone is on the same page.

We would look after your home, with respect and take care of the gardens (like we have here) as well if required.

Our family dog passed away last year, we have not replaced her and don't plan to for a few years. In saying that, we do have pet experience if you do require.

The kids are great and well behaved, most of the time :) they are respectful and will ensure the place is filled with lots of laughter and happiness.

James has been a plumber at the same company for 21 years. I work in administration as well as having an online holistic business (only online, no clients in person).

If you are looking for a family to live in and take care of your home while you are away, and we feel like we are the right fit, we would love to chat and go from there.

Our lease runs out enf of August, however, out landlords have said we can leave any time leading up to then.
