Thanks for taking a look at our profile!

We're Samantha and Phil, a 32 year old couple from the UK. We're currently travelling the world for a year together, and we're finishing our trip in Australia.

We're both home owners in the UK and have rented out our property while we're away, so totally understand the complexities of trusting your home with strangers! We are also very conscientious and house proud ourselves, so will treat your home with the love and respect that we do our own. Coupled with that, Phil is an engineer and did most of the renovations on our house himself, so he's extremely handy to have around if something stops working or needs fixing - there's not a lot he isn't able to do with a toolkit!

We've also both grown up around animals, and are huge animal lovers. In fact, one of the first things we plan to do when we get back to the UK is to get a dog of our own. It's been a long time coming, but it was never the right time as we knew we'd be going away at some point, so we're both very excited to make it a reality!

We will be in Australia for 6 months from September until February, and would ideally like to be in and around Sydney. We are looking for any length of house sit, but the longer the better as it will allow us to settle for a bit, get to know the area, and develop a good relationship with your pets, if you have them.

On a personal note, I have house sat in the UK for someone who went away to Afghanistan with the military for 5 months, and I also regularly look after other people's dogs in the UK. With this in mind, I'm able to provide references if you would like them.
