We are a young at heart couple in our late 50's, we have been married for 32 years.
Our two daughters are now grown and have married and we are retired, so as empty nesters we have time to travel and enjoy seeing the world..
As we do not have work commitments we will be able to spend plenty of time with your pets.
We have owned our house and property in North Queensland for almost 30 years, so we understand how important it is to feel fully comfortable when entrusting your home to others.
Although we love animals, due to our love of travel we do not have any pets or any other commitments. Our daughters have a border collie, husky and Terrier, that we have looked after many times. (we call them our grand-dogs!). As well as caring for our neighbour's cat.
Rebecca has had many years experience with rescue animals and has had to care for sick animals at times, so is able to take on the responsibility of administering medicine or other needs.
We are none smoking and only rarely drink. We are quiet and considerate of others.
We are very interested in and enjoy gardening and we like walking, especially in natural places like the beach or parks. We will love walking your dogs!
Before retiring we had a small home renovations business for over 16 years. Previous to running our business we worked at several holiday resorts with Frank doing carpentry work as well as swimming pool maintenance. Rebecca has been manageress of several restaurants. Her work was dedicated to ensuring the well-being of customers and also entrusted with handling the financial aspect of the business.
We are very responsible and totally trustworthy, we will follow all your instructions for the care of your house and pets, we are both very fit and active with no health problems and would look after your house and beloved pets as though they were our own.
