Available late AUG 2023 for Sydney Northside, 13yr housesit exp. plenty of vet visits, rescue/older/
nervous pets, giving medication, dog walks. Paul retired, home all day for added security, lots of pet love & attention. Plenty references, Police Check, are non-smokers no children, pets, can send regular photo/video updates. Your home will be neat, tidy inside & out, gardening, watering, bins emptied, exp. w/ pools, property maint. mail retrieved, fallen leaves/driveways swept, lawns mowed. Reliability and trustworthiness, house proud, we have owned and rented out multiple properties since the early 1980’s.
Sydney North Side based with Paul having lived in Chatswood, Pymble, Collaroy and Dee Why since the 1970s. We are very experienced with property & pets of all types. Paul was previously the owner of a medium-sized property maintenance and plumbing Co. Having employed up to 12 staff training them to care for other people’s property has shown him how going that little bit further can keep owners immensely happy. Paul has a full appreciation of the care, security and reliability needed to look after your home and your furry, feathery and scaly friends. I work as an accountant in Frenchs Forest and having previously worked in Taronga Zoo for ten years, have an absolute love of animals, tame and wild ;-)
Paul has been a full time housesitter for 13yrs now and Elizabeth for the last 4 years. (Please Note: the “3 Years” refers to the number of "Years Active" on this website only not years housesitting all up.) We follow instructions accurately and are careful with other people's possessions, keeping pets routines, showering them with love, hugs, and kisses, they will receive plenty of playtime and long walks where required. Experienced with large & small dogs, cats, aquatic, reptilian & avian creatures,

WHAT WE CAN DO.
* Proficient at gaining the utmost trust of owners & respective bonding with pets. See references
* Works from home on a computer, so am present for long periods of time & enjoy frequent exercise, so I’m happy pottering in the yard, walking dogs etc.
* Owns a large 4WD Landcruiser, ideal to carry large dogs. Keen touch footy player, so where appropriate I take any active dogs to various parks for an enjoyable variety of walking, playing, ball throwing, exploring & the essential post/tree sniffing experiences!
* Financially secure, able to organise & make advance/temporary payments for emergency works/bills where necessary. See references.
* Attentive & capable of handling difficult & rescue animals with an interest in animal psychology & experience in basic dog training. Walking sick/elderly dogs & administering medication to the standard required, vet visits etc. spoiling pets without disrupting routines.
* Garden, lawn, pool maint. with significant building maintenance, plumbing (still registered) & various trade experience, eg. I can repair many things around the home with emergency work being the core function of my previous company.
* High levels of security/maintenance care & if required for the longer sits, inc. audit of your property. Taps, Toots, clogged gutters, downpipes & minor repairs. Tanks, pumps, solar, generators & the more complex home/building issues are not a drama. See references.
