More information about this house sitter

We are a fit, retired couple who love animals and traveling. We especially love hiking and cycling.
We are worldly, open-minded, active and organised.
We have always owned Border Collies, cats and chooks and have housesat friends' country/farming properties in the Netherlands and Australia.
While we love our extended travels O/S and our small suburban cottage, we miss having animals and need regular 'country' time in a quiet and peaceful setting, away from noisy suburbia.
A short-term housesit (weeks, not months) on some acreage, with animals, would be ideal. One of us (retired vet) is a real homebody and would be at your home 24/7, hanging out with the animals, the other (retired electrician) is a real handyman who can fix anything!
We know how important it is that your animals are well cared for and your home is respected while you are away. We will make sure your animals are loved and treated kindly and your home is kept super clean!
