Retired teacher for short term position

Hello
I am a retired teacher who has been working overseas.
I recently returned to Australia to take up an overseas posting with a well known volunteer organization.
However, recently I was informed my posting was delayed by a number of months hence my reason for a house sitting position. I have a police clearance and I am a non smoker. I have been both a home owner and sitter (for friends and family) and have looked after a variety of pets since childhood.
