My name is Rob, I am a 29-year-old teacher, born and raised in London. I am currently in Australia on an NZ passport through my mother who is a Kiwi.

I have house sat before in London but not through this site. I like house sitting as I enjoy having time alone in a nice space. I have grown up with cats and love them, but also love dogs. A lady I have previously house-sat for in London had a diabetic dog who needed regular shots and so I could deal with something like this should it be needed.

I’m currently house sitting as I have only recently moved to Melbourne where I plan to stay for at least a year, however I am travelling to Sydney in January. I’m a French and Spanish teacher, and am waiting for the new school year to start at the end of January.

I have recently started going to the gym and am enjoying it. I like watching television and I’ve recently joined a badminton club. I also like cooking and trying new recipes.

I’ve just spent the summer travelling through South America, where I found accommodation through the AirBnB and couchsurfing websites, so I was often in other peoples’ homes, and was always very respectful of them. Prior to that I was living and working in Manchester.

I am a non-smoker. I don’t own a car so I’d ideally need your home to be in access to public transport but I'm a big walker so happy to walk a bit to a station or bus stop if necessary!

I'm a really responsible young guy and I would take excellent care of your house and or pet. I'm also very happy to meet with you first or speak on the phone. In attachments you can find a UK police check, a reference from my former headmaster, and a reference from my most recent employer.
