Hi, I'm a very reliable responsible sitter who enjoys the experience and 'sea change' of house minding and networking with others. I do some solo sits during the year and also with my husband. We aim to do more once he retires. Sometimes we use this great community service for our own trips.
I have had pets all my life - mostly dogs and cats who have all lived to a ripe old age. Also a bird, rabbits and guinea pigs. Our kids grew up with a menagerie!
So I'm very familiar with pets individual needs and they respond well to my consistent relaxed manner with them.
Being a nurse for decades, I’m particular about medications and the welfare of the pets in my care. I see others' homes as important as my own - and prefer to meet prospective home owners in person where possible, but online face time can also work fine when distance is an issue.
I have many reviews on this site and others over the years and always respect the requests of pet and home owners.
