More information about this house sitter

We are a recently retired couple who travel a lot, both within Australia and overseas. We are enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy meeting new people and having new experiences. We're keen gardeners, experienced swimming pool owners and animal lovers.

We've had some wonderful house sitters looking after our own home on numerous occasions whilst we've been travelling so we're very aware of how important it is for home owners to be able to absolutely rely on someone taking care of their property.

Currently we have no pets of our own because of our frequent travel but we've both had numerous animal friends (dogs, cats and birds) from early childhood until quite recently.

We pride ourselves on our honesty, cleanliness and respect for others and their property. We are quiet living, non-smokers and (virtually) non-drinkers who are active, happy and healthy.

Whilst you are away we would maintain regular contact with you so you have your finger on the pulse of things at home. A diary would be kept recording any phone calls, visitors, incidents or events that occur in your absence. Where relevant, a photo diary of your pets antics and experiences will be available to you online whilst you're away.
We would take our role as your house sitters seriously and would consider it a privilege to be entrusted with the responsibility. Read more...
