Hello! We are Sammy (38) and Sebastian (40) and we are the friendly and tidy kind of house sitters who are non-smoking locals to the Sunshine Coast. We currently live on a small property in Doonan in our in-process self-built tiny home and art studio with our 2 cat friends.



We are artisans that run a business called ‘ Ciganka Artforms from Nature ’ creating wildcrafted natural dyed garments and homewares. We are also weavers, as well as using natural pigments to create slow crafted art materials and often offer workshops on all of these from our home studio.



We have house sat privately and we are now embracing the lifestyle. We love to care for friends of the feline and botanical nature and living in homes away from home/work nurtures our creative work for our travelling market stall that attends many festivals up and down the East Coast.



Living in a tiny home has made us mindful of space and tidyness and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay in homes that are not tiny and unfinished, and the relief and stability it provides from the challenges of tiny home living.



Over the course of the next year we are planning to complete our tiny home and studio space, fitout our bus and landscape for flood management. There is a lot involved in uprooting our home and studio to work on them and house sitting allows us to navigate our projects with greatly appreciated comfort and stability.



We are both avid gardeners and can offer yard maintenance such as mowing and brush cutting. Happy to feed and spend time with animals. Sebastian is also a capable handyman that can do small jobs around your house as part of caring for your home.
