Hello Janice & Peter here.
We are looking at options in retirement.
We have already travelled living in our mhome (photos included) completing house sits in Western Australia & Victoria.
We owned 5 acres of land for over 32 years; with a creek running though it.
About 3rd is forest regrowth out past Denmark via the South Coast Highway in Western Australia.
We raised garden beds and fully established netted fruit tree orchard.
It is a lovely peaceful setting.
We put in a rainwater dam.
We retained a lot of the bush and planted a small native garden inside fenced house area with bird bath which local native birds loved to bath in.
We installed Rain water tanks as local water supply does not reach the property.
Reticulation to fruit trees and garden beds.
We have given these details as information because we are used to caring for and maintaining home, garden, animals and property.
Peter has worked and managed cattle station in Pilbara, vineyard maintenance, shire worker and over 13 years in Gold Mining WA.
Peter is experienced in maintaining machinery.
We have down sized & now live in country east of Perth Western Australia.
I have included Photos of ourselves, our mhome showing portable dog fence we use when travelling as our Kasey, Dazee & Mazee always travel with us..
Our Yorkshire Terriers stay inside motorhome or within portable fence when we are parked so we can keep watch over them.
We can email copies of our sound character references, contact information of satisfied home owners from our previous/current house sits, and our police clearances.
