Hello. I'm an early 30s Finance professional who works in the city. I'm a friendly responsible person who lives a very quiet life at home. The owner of my rental property is selling as has me at Xmas time (20/12) meaning I'm looking for some short term stays so that I don't have to burden family too much and buy some more time to secure a perm situation after Xmas.

I have house sat for friends on holidays before and they can provide references as can several others on my character as a responsible very trustworthy person. I'm a non-smoker and over Xmas/NYs I usually keep to myself as many friends are away and my social sports are on hold. I'm looking to house sit with or without pets including garden maintenance. As a renter, I have not been able to have a pet however I used to have cats and small dogs and would love to spend some time with an animal again. I'm a petite person so it would not be a good idea for me to sit large dogs.

Ideally I'd love to sit a pet who just wants some company over the Xmas period when I'm holidays myself.

I work for a government related company so I have a police clearance if this makes anyone more comfortable.
