Hello,

Myself and Taloulah (black and tan pooch in pictures with me) are looking for long term care-taking and or pet nurturing position. I am wanting to secure a long term house sit or combination house and pet sit position. I have listed a bit of information about myself so that you are in no doubt of what kind of fantastic and capable person you have taking care of your home and loved ones. :)

Happy to have a 6 months up to a year is ideal.

We, Taloulah and myself have done the various short sits and I have been able to do some research for my studies while there.

I am in search of longer stays only as I am needing to save money for my future, health, personal work, major dental surgery and several other things (sooner rather than later) and all that life hands you through out our journey. I also need to save for my own home again as renting has been draining financially. As often as I care for others homes and animals, house and pet sitting stays seem to be the perfect situation for both you and myself.

Taloulah and myself would be delighted to care for your babies and your home and surroundings while you are away.

I am able to nurture to your loved ones, give injections and medication if needed, as well as care for your home, plants and surroundings and capable of most things in general to see that your home, all that is in it and surroundings are well cared for while you are away.

I am very nurturing to all forms of life, professional, clean, kind and considerate of others, their families, property and all that would be involved.

House/Pet sitting has given me the time I needed away from the phone ringing, various drop-ins and tourist/town events that take place when at my own home.

Since our time here. We have been blessed with many types of animals furry and feathered friends to look after and develop a kinship with them and their owners. We began living in Noosa after we made a move from the USA in 2009. Life continues to move forward.

For myself, house/pet pampering gives me the time I need away to work on my writing, self healing and research. I had a business in California and am now working on writing and research for various, self help books and periodicals.

Taloulah and I have often cared for others homes and their babies (all creatures furry and feathered and some w/scales) for our friends and others. I have decided to make it work for another advantage.

Visiting other areas of Australia is fantastic for me. I really have not spent any time in surrounding cities and I would love to visit the turtles ( hint hint) I do feel they have a loving and natural healing nature. Yes. Of course I have had a pet turtle. Amazing creatures.

Life is allowing me to move forward and create new and wonderful memories.

Long term sits are an advantage. So, no worries needed. I am looking to find a long term position. This would allow me to give ample notice to my property owner and place my belongings in storage to another appropriate location.

Taloulah loves being social and other pets normally like her around and having a friend to play with while their parents are away.

We, Taloulah (my four footer) and I have sat for other professionals in the animal industry such as seeing eye dog trainers, actors and film and television pet trainers and get a long with all walks of life.

We have taken care of up to 7 dogs and 1 cat at a time and sometimes many chooks are included. They all got along great! They all shared beds and occassionally I would have a new 4 footer visit my bedside! With the exception of sharing sometimes. All breeds and sizes!

About me:

Born on an 88 acre farm and living on a 50 acre farm in Queensland, I am familiar with all types of wildlife and pets and how to tend to their needs, as well as the needs of the land and any plant life. I am also familiar with pool pumps if you have any monitoring of this area that may be needed.

I especially like to talk with the chickens. Most animals have their own way of communicating and I love it when they are vocal. They usually talk back in their own unique way.

My girl (Taloulah) and myself always have a smile. Yes. She smiles and we would like to share our smiles with you and your loved ones.

To provide you with a bit of comfort, I will be able to take your phone calls, text, emails or Skype as long as internet service is available, at anytime you like while you are away and even send pics of your home and loved ones if you like so you would feel more at ease with being away.

House sitting will allow me many opportunities to experience more of the Australian way of life and wildlife as well as save money for my long term health, home and business and move forward!
