I am an active very fit widowed lady, retired now and widely traveled. I have always owned my own homes and have a reputation as a very tidy housekeeper and avid gardener. I have owned cats and dogs all my life until the last two passed away aged 19 and 14. They were much loved. My former career was as a Residential Property Manager then a Mediator/Conciliator with a Residential Tenancies Authority so I am acutely aware of standards required of caring for properties. I live in Brisbane and enjoy visiting family and friends at the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Adelaide whenever I can.
