current home just sold in canberra and we (3 adults) need to find temporary accommodation till we are able to move into our new home, also in canberra, prior to *settlement* on the new house. we hope to do this through an *early occupancy* agreement. love cats in particular. we are non smokers and just like chilling our with our computers and watching sport on TV
