More information about this house sitter

Particularly interested in house sitting out of Sydney for the long weekends and breaks that coincide with public holidays. I would also gratefully consider weekends nearer to Sydney.
Flexible in my arrangements.
Single, reliable & not afraid to under take some work to ensure your property and pets are kept in tip top condition.
Good with animals of all types, do not have any of my own as I just do not have the space for them in the city.
I am reasonably handy and like tinkering around, so any emergency's, leaking taps etc: can easily be dealt with.
Not opposed to any background checks being undertaken on myself and will provide as much information to allay any of your concerns. Would prefer to talk rather than email.
As its my first time advertising my house sitting services, usually for some very good friends, I'm not sure what to expect. References can be provided but I will have to ask if they are willing to provide, probably via phone. My Real Estate Agent may also provide a reference if required. Can't get references without experience, can't get experience without references. :-)
