Hello, home owners! I have been house sitting since I returned from volunteering in Cambodia this year in May. I am a Perth girl so I know my way around the suburbs. PETS: At the moment I am home a lot because I am doing casual work but I am looking for part-time or full-time work in Perth. Therefore, your pets will need to be independent on the days when I might work. Large dogs are generally fine, especially if they are friendly types like labs and retrievers. However, other breeds like Shepherds and Rottweilers will probably require you to have someone else come to walk them as they can be a handful on a lead with a stranger. I can walk two small dogs or one big one! I love cats, especially ones that like cuddles. I don't mind cats on the bed if that's what they are used to. I can give pet medication as long as it can be hidden in food. Pets MUST be house trained. HOUSE: I am a tidy person who will keep the house clean, and I will clean your house to the same standard as when I arrived. I don't cook a lot, just easy things, so I will just use a stove top, toaster, kettle, and microwave. If you have any cleaning requirements, eg. wipe down the shower screen after every use, just let me know. I will use the cleaning products that you leave for me. In addition I would like to use your iron, ironing board and washing machine. I have my own wifi or I can log onto yours, and I have my own laptop and printer that I will set up somewhere out of the way. I like gardens and am happy to do a bit of light weeding, raking and tidying. I can look after ponds and spas, too. I own a reliable medium-sized 4WD (no oil leaks) so I need a spot big enough to park but it doesn't need to be under cover. I have a Police Clearance dated 5/01/17 and verbal references. Read more...
