More information about this house sitter

We have been travelling Australia in our 10 mtr bus, working and doing house/pet sits as we travel. We are returning home to Tasmania and will continue to be available for sits in Northern Tasmania from end of October 24 for 6 mths to April 25. We have house/pet sat for Mindahome.com.au, for family and for friends who would willingly provide references. We've worked in many sectors in many interesting places and roles. Many years in management but most recently driving bus for miners, roadhouse work, caravan park reception, flood relief grant assistance, breakfast cook, bar work and other retail. I have MR licence. My husband is a chef (marine mainly) and bus/heavy vehicle driver. We both love animals especially dogs. Grew up around horses and cattle and love them, however do not profess to being super experienced handlers, but enough to look after quiet handled horses, feed, water, pat and look over horses, cattle, chooks etc. Our dear old furry mate of 18 years has passed, so we no longer come with any pets of our own. But we will love yours if you have any. We own our own home and are very house proud. We have tenants so we understand the kind of respect, care and cleanliness required when in some one elses home. We have experience with hot tubs, so we understand the science and care required if you have a pool or hot tub. We are not avid gardeners but will definitely keep up the watering and simple maintenance of an established outdoor garden, lawns and indoor plants. Read more...
