Hello house sitter seekers,
I am a retired single male who just love to travel and experience life in different places. I have settled in Hervey Bay and still enjoy the nomadic lifestyle and call myself the "Solar Nomad".
I also love cruising and am a speaker on cruise ships so am usually away and not available from November through to May sometimes. Try me though, there may be some dates available. You can check out my availability calendar.
I love animals and getting to know and taking care of them.
I am a friendly and responsible person and respect people's property and their way of living.
I am a non smoker but do enjoy the occasional beer, wine or bubbly.
I have a trade background, served 9 years in the Royal Australian Navy and am a Vietnam Veteran. I have also worked in Government before starting my own consultancy in safety management and boiler inspection business (especially old steam engines) before retiring. I have also lived in various states and have traveled widely nationally and internationally. I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens and pigeons.
I have had three Police checks done in the past for volunteer work I have done (one in Victoria and two in NSW).
Having a trade background I can also do some of those "fix it" jobs that might need doing around the house, shed and yard.
I am a reliable person who is very houseproud.
I look forward to an opportunity to meeting you and looking after your special home and your extended pet family.
