I am a single, male teacher who has recently moved into the area to be closer to my daughter and my beautiful grandkids. Over the last 6 years, I have been Principal of a K to 12 College. I am very neat and tidy and I love dogs and would be more than happy to look after any pets. I have good handyman skills, and could easily maintain any property. I've built my last 2 homes and therefore have developed a broad range of skills which could be utilised to ensure your home is well looked after.
