My name is Maddy, I am a Sydneysider, having lived in Sydney since 2018 after moving here from New York city. I've rented mostly in Surry Hills and Redfern and then owned a terrace in Waterloo. I recently sold my house, and took a career sabbatical after working in management consulting for 15 years in India, US and Australia! I have been house sitting for friends in Redfern after which I will travel to the US to meet family & friends. I am looking for a nice house to sit and would love to look after plants and pets as well. I was a pet parent to a beautiful kelpie, and I walk dogs and pet sit for friends and neighbors in Redfern. I am an active member of the community garden and volunteer in different capacities. Needless to say I love plants, I had a house full of beautiful plants which my friends are currently caring for.
I am a vegetarian, I regularly practice yoga and meditation and am environmentally conscious. I keep my surroundings clean and don't smoke or vape or use anything. I would be happy to provide references from pet parents, community garden members and neighbours on request.
