More information about this house sitter

I am an experienced and mature house sitter local to Perth. I have always lived in the north western suburbs, so these areas are preferred as I am familiar with the area. My daughter lives in Claremont so sits close by to her are preferred.
Please see below some information about me:

- I am originally from Brazil however I have called Australia home for the majority of my life.
-I love all types of animals and have lived with pets all my life. I raised my now adult kids with dogs, cats, birds, including quail, free range yard chickens, rabbits, and fish. My kids used to say we lived on farm, even though we lived the suburban dream!
- I am experienced administrating medication to pets and am experienced with elderly pets too. I am very gentle and patient and I have the knack to settle any pet I meet.
- On top of being an animal lover and full time house sitter in Perth, I work casually as a bicycle sales rep.
- As far as my evening commitments go, I manage a community table tennis club in Yokine every Tuesday evenings.
- I don’t have any other regular evening commitments, which means I am home most of the time to give your pets and home attention whilst in my care.
- I am confident undertaking house maintenance items and repairs if needed, which gives you peace of mind when you are away on your trip, if anything were to happen, I will know how to handle the situation! I have experience maintaining lawns, gardens, indoor and outdoor plants, pools, ponds and chicken coops and references to support this.
- If required, I can fix irrigation and am experienced fixing other minor household general or plumbing faults.
- I am an active and healthy 57 year old
- I do not have any house guests/visitors other than the potential odd visit from my adult daughter (happy for you to meet her if you’d like, we are very close and she is very responsible and caring)
- I do not smoke or take drugs
- I rarely drink alcohol. I might have one drink per week if that.

I have the life experience to make me the perfect person to trust your home and pet with whilst you are away, and plenty of great references and a recent national police clearance to match.
