We are Glenn, Rachel, Isla, Jaxon and Ellie. We sold our house and left for full time travels in January 2022 and have been living, travelling and working on the road ever since. We live in our newly built 24ft Great Escape Maximus caravan which has a shower and toilet combo and can go completely off grid, if needed. However, we would love access to park it up with power and water, if available, or staying in your home, if okay with you, would be appreciated too.

Glenn, is a fully licenced electrician, and originally from Mackay. He has been working in his trade since he left school but is keen to learn new skills and work in different industries. Very mechanically minded, welding and diagnosing pump faults is a breeze. With this, he has easily picked up work in any town we sit in.

Rachel, a criminologist by trade, grew up on the Gold Coast. She has had her own online administrative business since 2008 and is currently contracted to QRIDA assessing financial assistance grant applications for Primary Producers. She works from home so there will always be someone at home to keep your pets company.

Isla was born in 2020 and is a shining light to anyone who meets her and has gained many grandmas since our adventure started.

Our family would not be complete without our two dogs. Jaxon, our border collie, passed away in March 2025 (14.5 years). We miss him dearly but he remains in our hearts and continues to travel with us in spirit. Ellie, is a staffy x is 7yo and is a very laid-back, no-nonsense dog who loves a cuddle or four. She is desexed and gets along with all animals.

We have been caretaking and house sitting for the past several years using different platforms to obtain these opportunities.
