Teacher and Groundsman Offering Free Housesitting on Sunshine Coast

We are a fit, healthy couple (non-smokers, non-drinkers, quiet), who are offering free housesitting on the Sunshine Coast. I am a full time Kindergarten teacher, currently employed on the Sunshine Coast, and my partner is a groundsman / landscaper / handyman currently seeking employment. Many excellent references available from previous housesitting roles. Usual duties we will perform are:

Residing in, and caring for your home while you are away
General cleaning
Collecting mail
Taking out bins
Taking phone messages if requested to do so
Pet care (we have experience with dogs - including walking, cats, chickens and other birds, fish and other marine life)
Mowing lawn (if stay is longer than two weeks, and mower and petrol are provided)
Watering gardens
Pool maintenance
