Hi, my name is Vanessa and l am a teacher and have worked on the Mornington Peninsula for 30 years, mainly as a teacher. I have four children, three of whom are adults now. I, and my 9 years old daughter, love the experience and change of scenery that house sitting has to offer. We both love horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
Initially, we would like to consider short-term house sitting, with the view of long-term house sitting, especially if with people we have had experience with.
We would love to bring our very friendly Labrador with us if possible. Her name is Ember and she LOVES other dogs, and is outside during the day and sleeps on her beanbag inside of the evening. However, a short stay does not necessarily mean that Ember must come with us.
I do work full time so we would usually be gone from 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, but would always walk and love pets as soon as we arrived home!
As a teacher, communication is so important, and would keep in contact and be happy to send photos and chat.
