My name is Solveiga and I am currently enjoying housesitting opportunities in the North East of Victoria area. My partner and I are originally from Beechworth. He works in Mansfield, and I've got a 3-day a week job in Wodonga at a Primary school, so housesitting is a really nice way for me / us to be back up in the Northeast, while looking after fur babies.
We've been auntie and uncle to many, many dogs in our time together, from 1 year, to 3 nights... we love all things furry, especially dogs, and I am also enjoy very much cats and other pets.
I'm a runner and a walker, so your dog will always get a walk with me. I've also had cats of my own for many years. We don't have animals at the moment because we have spent many of our years travelling.
I can provide referees for the people who I've housesat, and/or friends whose dogs we've cared for over the years.
It would mostly be myself doing the housesit, although my partner Simon would come up on the weekends when he's not working.
