More information about this house sitter

I am a part time carpenter (non smoker) who is unable to work full-time due to injury, so be at the residence most of the time. I have a carpenters eye so l kinda have to fix any annoying thing that l come across.
I've had dogs all my life, several cats, lizards and even a rat at one stage, so very experienced in all those area's. I am able to walk dogs but not long distances, although my doctor encourages it.
I am a quiet guy and do charity work at The Encounter Center and can provide a police check certificate if required.
I've done this quite a few times now so have plenty references and good friends out of all the experiences.
