Hello there

I am unavailable for a short period over Christmas.

I'm Claire nice to meet you! I have house and pet sat in the past for family, family friends and friends as well as via mindahome for people and have 6 strong references from this direct experience. Please view my reviews below from Ozzie Housesitters and this site. Current police check available to send at request as well as verbal references from my reviews.

I've looked after pets from a very early age. An absolute animal lover! I have successfully assisted healing dogs with depression, anxiety and weight loss. I feel blessed to spend time with and be responsible for animals and form strong bonds with them.

I'm Virgo so incredibly clean, neat and tidy. I take pride in my own home and am extremely mindful and respectful of others.

You'll find me to be honest, communicable, enthusiastic, affable, reliable and trustworthy. You will feel confident and comfortable during your time away.

On the Northern Beaches/suburbs I have acquired some casual part time domestic cleaning as I require paid work to relocate here. Shifts are generally 3-4hrs Monday to Friday. Occasionally there might be double shifts to cover absences of other staff. Therefore I require sits from 18/9 that allow me this freedom to be able to earn money again. Since March I have not really been working due to a medical certificate. If I don’t begin to work I cannot survive in this current climate. Therefore hoping to find workable sits where I may manage both please. I thank you for your understanding in advance.

Rating: 5.0 Claire was fantastic from the first communication through to the end of her stay. It was our first time using a sitting service for our 4 birds and we were a little apprehensive. However, Claire put us at ease from the time we spoke, sending through security checks and references and talking through her previous experiences. While we were away, she sent through updates on the birds with videos and pictures. When we came home the house had been cleaned and she'd been an amazing carer for the birds. Highly recommended.

Rating: 4.7 Claire was a great communicator from the beginning, she was open and honest and delightful. She showed great care and love for our two dogs over a 51/2 week period. Our pups were both happy and very well cared for.. Our home was left immaculately clean which was so nice. Claire communicated regularly with us and sent photos regularly which were much enjoyed. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough. If you want to go away without any worries or concerns about your pets, I can’t recommend Claire highly enough. She is fabulous.

Rating: 5.0 Thanks so much for looking after my house and my dog Claire! Claire was friendly and very caring towards my dog. She maintained regular contact before and during the sit, and when I got back the house looked in order and my dog looked happy and well looked after.

Rating: 5.0 Title: Excellent House Sitter - Bailey the Dog Loved Her! We cannot recommend Claire more highly as a house sitter! We came home to a very happy dog (and some well-cared-for chickens and fish too!). Claire took the time to give us a full rundown of the weekend, including funny stories about Bailey's antics. The details she shared - about when the chickens were out and the fish were fed - really showed us how much quality time she spent with our furry friend. Claire clearly understood Bailey's personality, which put our minds at ease and made us feel confident that Bailey was well cared for. We look forward to having Claire house sit for us again in the future!
