Hello , I am Brian and for the past 7 months have been providing security and definitely peace of mind for the homes and pet owners I have been taking care of. I am location independent and do part time work in the Engineering and Mining section as well as the Community Services section which leaves me very flexible and able to travel to watch and take care of your beloved animals and your cherished possessions. I am 64 and a very fit non-smoker or drinker , have no independents and no pets. I am a keen walker and amateur cyclist as well as going to the local gym to keep my body fit and in shape. I have house sat cats and chickens over the last few months and have thoroughly enjoyed everyday that I have spent with them. The two homes have been in Perth, Australia.

As a part time worker ( 97% online ) I can work when I want and for how long. I love house sitting because I enjoy seeing new parts of Australia and the people that make up the suburbs and towns where the homes are situated. I will experience new things from the locals and relate my experiences from my travels. I did have a dog called Butch but he passed on and I really miss him. Taking care of someone else's pet dog, chickens, ducks, birds or rabbits I will provide them the same love and attention that I gave to my pet dog and that you would give if you were there.
Most of all I love to house sit because I want to ensure that whilst you are away, not only will your pets be taken care of, but they would be in their familiar surroundings and environment that they are use to ( and not in a pet kennel ) which will give you, the owners, the time to relax and the assurance in the knowledge that your home is in the hands of someone that will take care of it as if it were his own. I always take responsibility for everything I do.
I am a keen gardener and would take care, to the best of my ability, of your loving garden as if it was my own.

Prior to me doing house sitting I worked in the Engineering and Mining sector where I was the Design Office Manager in charge of over 480 people. I am a very disciplined diplomatic person with good management and people communication skills and I bring experience to house sitting. My own home, which my dear departed wife and myself shared for many years, was lovingly looked after which was in prism condition where cleanliness and tidiness was essential. I have had many loving pet dogs and cats over my lifetime as well as chickens, tumbling pigeons and bees.
Working in different cultures and communities around the world has given me a good insight into many different people and their way of living. Staying in different homes whilst working overseas, the comments that came back to the company after I vacated the homes to return to my home country, was that the house was in a better state than when I moved in. It's the way I have always been and I would make sure that I don't disappoint you, the owners, when you return to your loving home.
