Anne and I are a retired professional couple aged in our seventies. We enjoy the outdoors and being with our adult children and their families. We do a lot of walking.
We will be in Tasmania from Oct 14 to Dec 8 (2023), spending most of our time tent camping from our ute and staying with relatives at Wynyard. We also wish to arrange some time house minding in other parts of the state.
In past years, we have travelled widely in Europe and Australia, successfully using many home exchange, house caring and hospitality opportunities to provide grassroots cultural experience, comfort and economy. We do most of our travel in Australia with our converted utility and small caravan.
We have our own house on acreage in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are down to earth mature, professional people, with rural roots. We are experienced at responsibly caring for people's house, pets and garden and would of course exercise a high level of care and responsibility for your house and possessions.
