Hi there we are a couple in our 70's recently moved to Tarpeena, Mount Gambier.
We have travelled around a lot since coming to Oz from NZ in 2011. We lived in our caravan for more than 2 years doing house sits in Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria. Looking after dogs, cats, birds, cattle. We enjoyed this experience immensely and got great reviews. At that stage we didn't have a dog, but since getting a dog, it has been that much harder to get house sits, and also had a few health problems along the way so haven't done any for over a year and a half. Just recently decided to try again. Our dog Zoe is 12 now and we love her to pieces. She is a cross between a cocker spaniel and kelpie. She is medium build, not a barky dog, in fact only barks if someone comes to the door. She loves everyone plus dogs. We would love her to be with us when do house sits again. My partner is very handy ex carpenter and teacher, so if you need anything doing, Dave's your man. I myself worked in tourism back in NZ, love meeting people, but most of all love animals. Give me an animal any day. I am a very house proud person and would leave your house the way it was left. Looking forward to meeting you.
