“Thank you Isobel and Peter for the outstanding kindness, understanding and wonderful care of our little boy Otis. Otis had recently lost his two-brothers one being 10 days before we left. He was a sad and anxious having never been on his own and then we were going away. Your kindness, attention and care was perfect. Your communication, updates and reassurance he was doing ok enabled us to enjoy our time away. Otis loved your attention, the walks and the daily brushing. You followed the care instructions perfectly and left our home immaculate and well cared for.
