More information about this house sitter

I am single and have two adult children, one still living with me at home, along with our very funny and cute pug cross, Marlo.

I am a Director in the Australian Public Service, so have government clearances that should put your mind at ease regarding my character and background. I live a quiet lifestyle, am a non-smoker and a very occasional social drinker.

I have been a homeowner and a tenant, so have experienced all angles of taking care of homes, gardens and animals, especially if an emergency should arise. I have had numerous pets over the years, including a goat, so am comfortable around most animals, small or large.
I have had a number of large gardens and appreciate the time, effort and money that go into this hobby, so if you do have a garden, even if it is in pots, it will be appreciated and looked after.

What I can promise you:
* I will respect and look after your home
* Maintain your property, assets and gardens; take responsibility through mutual agreement to manage any urgent repairs as required.
* Provide your pets with plenty of attention while maintaining your guidelines and routines.
* Keep current of local happenings for security awareness and be respectful to your neighbours.

My home is important to me and I understand that peace of mind while you travel is important to you. On your return home you can expect a clean, well maintained home with happy and healthy, cared for pets.

Why I have decided to house sit? I have a love of travel and enjoy new places and experiences, whether it's the city, the beach or country. My children are now independent enough to look after the family home and house sitting provides me the opportunity to have time to myself while my children experience independent living and the responsibilities that go with it.

Eventually I would like to travel overseas house sitting, so building creating repeat and satisfied partnerships is uppermost in my mind.
