More information about this house sitter

I'm a triathlete, a non-smoker and also an experienced house sitter and dog walker/runner in which I do for several times a week. Furthermore, I am very active in sports especially marathons and triathlons. Currently, I am training for an upcoming event next year February 2017, particularly the Ironman 70.3 Geelong while undergoing studies in Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Aside from this, I am very neat and organized and I plan my schedules really well. Furthermore, when I'm on house sitting duty, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so its important to share this to you just in case your pet/s need someone to be with them all the time.

If you have a 10-20 page guide written for me about looking after your pet and home, the better. I assure you that I'll read every detail in it.

Main reasons why I house sit:
- meet new people and pets
- provide insight as to what kind of house I want in the future (i.e. spacious single-storey house vs two-storey house)
- for my transition training (a term we use in triathlon to be able to adapt in any given situation and environment)
- just to genuinely help out (I'm no fuss at all.)

On the first meet, I always provide a copy of the following:

- Working With Children Check

- ID Card

- National Police Check

- Red Cross Blood Donor Card (I am always scheduled every 2 weeks for a plasma donation therefore this ensures that I have no foreign substances in my body (i.e. drugs) nor do I have mental health issues. As a triathlete, being healthy is our priority and I intend to keep myself this way. You can even contact the Red Cross Donation Centre in Werribee to find out more about me.)
