Hi, and thank you for reading this my profile.

An Occupational Health & Safety Nurse, i have taken a sabbatical to travel and write and publish, (12 books this far, including an Autobiography: Until i Flew & On the Inside Became Beautiful! winning an Honorable Mentions at New York Book Festival). And as i miss having my own pet so much, my beautiful little rescue cat, so wonderful it is to care for yours, to keep them in their normal routines, to keep them safe and feeling secure, and all this as they contentedly wait up on your safe return.

So many reasons why I love to house sit. Perhaps primarily, as an owner of many properties, I understand the significance of a home and how valuable and protective that investment needs to be, as your treasured four legged friends of you their pet-parents, whose care and routines and of all their deserved comfort, remains always as my priority, during those days whilst you are away traveling.

So grateful i have been to care for so many a pet in their owners absence. Perhaps a diabetic dog needing meds, or an anxious cat with a diet and regime of some complex, and rescue cats, what a joy to include them, as such additional care and attention, those little though important and specific idiosyncrasies to give them.

Then what a joy when it turned out that i received a thank you card calling me a 'cat whisper'. This because of notably, astonishingly according to him owners, of the results i was able to achieve whilst caring for this a most timid and fearful cat, who aloud me to stroke him through the confidence in him i was able to build up, and all of this when for many years he had hidden in fear from even their nearest and dearest. Now that, is quite a gratefully received compliment!

Certainly, so fortunate as i travel internationally pet sitting, in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and France, for durations varying from 4 days to 9 months, in locals of cities, rural or countryside and beach locations. All during which through the house sits i have been blessed to meet the most adorable and wonderful pets both large and small and all so unique in their personalities.

With an added bonus too, that friends from those sits, such a pleasure to say that of the owners, of their neighbors too, friends i have made along the way.
