I am a single mature non smoking retired Local Court Magistrate and Grandmother of 7. I am honest trustworthy and reliable and will care for your home and pets as if they are my own.
After retiring I spent the next few years of my life caring for my small grandchildren 2 to 3 days a week. In 2018 the youngest of my grandchildren commenced school so I decided it was time for me to do some exploring and I drove myself around Australia. I had an absolutely wonderful time and now wish to travel more but for shorter periods of time so that I can also spend time with my beautiful family.
I have done housesitting for family members in recent times and also a 4 month sit for a defence force couple. I also care for my daughters pets when they are away.
My current living arrangements do not enable me to have a pet companion so I enjoy the opportunity to care for other people’s pets and love them as my own. I grew up with and have owned many pets including cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, chooks and even sheep.
I am a very tidy and clean person and I am very house proud. I truely understand the need to have someone that you feel safe and secure with looking after your home and pets. I am happy to water plants and care for small gardens.
I have a current National Police check and a Blue Card for working with Children check copies of which are available upon request.
I am at a time in my life where I am free to travel and enjoy life and yet also spend time with my family. Housesitting gives me the flexibility to do both.
