Hello,

I'm Candice a 25 year old Teacher at a private school in Melbourne CBD. I've been housesitting for 3 years now, previously I was living with friends in Prahran and Ripponlea, now I'm back at home with my mum when I'm not housesitting. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have my own pets whilst living out of home so housesitting means I get great company with animals!

My hobbies include cooking, reading, movies and Netflix TV series (guilty)!
I miss having animals of my own as growing up I had dogs, cats, chickens etc but have been renting so haven't been able to get some of my own.

I was living out of home for four years around Prahran area, however, I have recently moved back in with my mum down on the Mornington Peninsula to save for a House deposit.

When living with my housemates in Prahran we had a Bengal cat, 'Morrison' and a tabby cat, 'Cat Stephens'. In my next rental property in Ripponlea, my housemate and her boyfriend had a French bulldog and a Kelpie that I helped feed and walk as my work schedule as a teacher allows me to have time in the morning, afternoon and weekends.

Growing up I've had a Berman Cat, Ragdoll Cat, Shitzu x Cavalier, Silk Bantom Chickens and a Bernese Mountain Dog.

I'm hoping to house sit homes closer to the City to minimise and break up the commute for my work place (Mount Eliza is quite a trek).

I maintain a flawless rental history as an immaculate tenant. I take pride in maintaining an organised, clean and tidy home.

Furthermore, I love animals and have been a Cat and dog owner and look forward to getting my own pet when I establish myself in my own property in the future.

Having held previous Nannying positions and living out of home, I have a strong understanding of maintaining a property alongside household cleaning duties.
Previous Nannying and babysitting positions allowed me to care for varying family pets, one being a gorgeous Doberman requiring plenty of time, affection and exercise!

I will have the time and energy to take loved pets on walks and maintain the feeding schedule as per your instructions. I am responsible, hard-working and tidy and can be trusted to look after your home and loved ones while you enjoy some time away.

I'd be more than happy to meet up so we can collaborate a plan and get a feel for whether we feel comfortable with one another and can take it from there.
