Peter and Judy,

(Note: We are both double shot Covid-19 vaccinated)

We are friendly, active, reliable, honest and retired married couple who are house-proud, non-smokers with a love of animals, (we have had cats, dogs, goats, sheep, fish and birds) we do not have any animals of our own at present (the last, our cat "Chloe" died at the age of 19 years.

Peter has spent 40years in the electronic security industry, with the last 10 years as a contract Security consultant to the Commonwealth of Australia.

We fully understand all aspects of home ownership responsibilities. We have built two new homes, purchased and successfully renovated four homes, three of which had swimming pools. This experience makes us very handy when it comes to any home emergency maintenance issues that may arise.

We are organised and reliable with good communication and computer skills (we have our own laptops, mobile phones and 4g internet modem). We understand technology and use it to keep in touch with family whilst we are travelling and are more than happy to provide you with regular updates while you are away if you require.

As you require your home to be clean and tidy when you return, we require your home to be clean and tidy when we arrive,

While you are away we will treat your home with utmost respect and your instructions will be closely followed, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Being retired/homebodies means that the majority of time your home is not left unattended and pets are not left alone. We understand that your pets are going to miss their family especially in the first few days and as such we provide special attention and nurturing care during this period. It is also important that your pets routines are not changed in your absence again your instructions to this end will be followed.

We trust we have provided sufficient information in the above brief to assist you in your selection process, and we would be delighted to be invited to take on the responsibility of looking after your home and any pets.
