Family of 5 with two beagles, two kids at school two studying, one full time doctor parent. We live in Balmain east very close to the water and the ferry right in the middle of Sydney, in a beautiful old stone house excellent in keeping cool during hot weather. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
