We derived a lot of pleasure, pride and satisfaction from maintaining our home on 2 acres with pool & gardens before we sold to go on the road in 2009.
We miss the activities although we've had the occasional "fix" during this time by helping single family & friends with their houses, upgrading or doing maintenance & house sitting, so they can go on holidays.
As we are now on our "second lap" around Australia, we had decided that we need to take it easier in the summer heat, although we travel in our self contained caravan.
Our new venture is house Sitting for others, can be to you advantage as we get a house, hopefully a dog fix, and you can enjoy a worry free holiday.
We have a 24 ft self contained caravan.

This year we have looked after a Lapsa Apso (5 weeks), Rottweiler, Staffy (5 weeks), Cat on a lead (10 days then 6 weeks), 3 poodles (10 Days), and a great Dane (3 weeks) and very active keplie (6 weeks).
