Hello MindAHome! I am a 28 year old female from the inner north of Melbourne, looking forward to meeting new people and helping them have a stress free time away from home.

I am currently pursuing my PhD working with human and animal diseases after several years working in cancer research. I am a passionate scientist and all-round geek and love to read about new breakthroughs, crazy experiments and knowledge trends.

I am a bit of a home-body and spend my time with my nose buried in books or journal articles, and prefer to have dinner with friends somewhere cosy than to go clubbing or play host myself. I adore animals and usually curl up after a days work with my cat and a cup of tea and a TED talk (or the MindAHome guide!).

Through working in a lab I've become extremely clean, neat and tidy. I am a fanatic for things being ordered and put away properly, I clean everything as I go and take the time to get into nooks and crannies and use plenty of elbow grease to get things done properly. Things are always cleaner after I've used them than before, and I have an excellent memory and attention to detail enabling me to put things back exactly how they were.

I am friendly, laid back and approachable yet also a bit of an introvert. I like people and spending time alone in equal measure, and tend to lead a quiet humble life. As I approach my 30s I'm peaceful and mature, and can handle plenty of responsibility without a worry. I've been renting for 10 years and am well house-trained!
