Hi All,

We are a Christian couple 40 y/o, I am previously a Carpenter from Perth and my Fiance is a school teacher from Venezuela. We now spend much of each year living in Bali to enjoy the amazing food, weather and digital co working spaces whilst we focus on developing our Entrepreneurial muscle and learn the world of ecommerce .

We find our selves travelling back to Perth often to visit family/ friends/ local church group and for me to do some work as needed. As my partner works from home and we both love animals I thought that house sitting and looking after pets while we are there is a perfect fit!

I have always had pets, primarily active dogs that require a lot of attention and walks so I know the drill and enjoy walking them just as much as they do. Also living in bali makes it impossible to bring animals in so I am very much missing having dogs around the house.

As for looking after your house please know we will respect it like our own. I am a home owner and currently have a rental property in Perth so understand the importance of getting a respectful tenant.

My partner are very clean and live a quite lifestyle we also believe in leaving every place we visit better than we found it. Last time we rented in Perth was from May 2016 to Oct 2017, this house was owned by a very well known radio presenter in Perth. By the time we left we had not only kept the house in new condition but with the owners permission had added a fence out the front, Installed new bifold doors and entrance from the kitchen to the front yard, Built a entertaining area (30 sqm new deck and patio to the front of the house).

Whilst we wont be looking at doing any structural changes to properties we house sit :) We always be mindful to look after it like our own and at least leave it in better condition than when we arrived.
