Hello, I am a fit energetic mature woman. I love all animals, and have experience in house sitting which has involved caring for cats, dogs, chooks, horses (and even dairy cows!!). I have ceased working early so that I can enjoy my time caring for animals. I currently live at my mother's home, so that I can house sit and still have a base if required. I am a very quiet person, I enjoy early nights, love reading, gardening and doing my family history and volunteer with Genealogy SA. I often assist a friend with her dog walking business if she needs extra help, which can also involve feeding and giving attention to cats she is caring for as well. I have recently completed 2 months house sitting in the Southern Flinders Ranges, caring for the animals, walking the dog and ensuring the garden was tended and watered. I love the peace and quiet of the bush, and enjoy being on my own. I am a very neat and tidy person/ I am a vegan, and mainly eat raw food, so I don't make a lot of mess in the kitchen!!!! I am very reliable, and first and foremost my aim is to ensure owner's pets are happy and not fretting too much when their owner's go away. I am able to provide contacts for my referees. My previous work history has been at the State Library of SA, Centrelink and as an Emergency Dept nurse. Due to my work history I am very aware of the importance of confidentiality and privacy especially in regard to caring for someone else's pets and home.
