My name is Vinnie and I live in Eltham - usually.

I am 50 years old and just finished a role working in landscaping, building habitat wetlands in waterways. I started a new position in local government in agribusiness/economic development (in Officer). This role is 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

I am married with two sons (aged 18 and 20). Sadly, we recently (26th November) lost our dog, Cookie, after a second broken back. My wife and I are currently having some relationship issues and a little space and time apart is required as we work on things. We have some financial stress, with a committed mortgage, so I would be very grateful to do house/pet/garden sitting while we commence counselling.

Previous/current/next assignments:

I have house/pet sat Bentley (a Labradoodle) at Sharon and Marc’s home (Montmorency) from the 28th of December 2023 to the 4th of January 2024.

My next assignment was looking after Remy and Tia (Labrador and Tabby) and gardens/pool at Susie and Andrew’s home (Eltham North), from 4th January to 30th January 2024.

I am house sitting at my parents’ home (in Preston) until the 10th February, while they are on a cruise.

My next assignment is then at Lesley and Andy’s place in Mooroolbark from 13th to 27th February (and their 2 dogs and 5 chickens).

Following I am booked with Joy at Diamond Creek , from 7 - 16th March looking after 2 dogs (Barney & Roxy), 2 cats (Oscar & Winston), 10 sheep and a couple of chooks & guineafowl.

I would love to have a steady short term base to continue my new role and progress working on my relationship with my wife and family.

I would be very grateful to come for an interview or have a chat over the phone/Skype/facetime, to provide you with more information about myself and my house/pet/pool/garden (including extensive horticulture/maintenance) sitting experiences/skills.
