More information about this house sitter

We are a couple who have just sold our 40 acre property in the South West of WA. We are taking some time to travel before purchasing another home.
We have had house sitters stay at our property on 3 occasions whilst we went away on holidays in the last few years, so have a good awareness of the issues and expectations around housesitting.
On our property we had about 3 acres of vines, which we tended and made wine from. We also had a small flock of sheep, an alpaca and chooks. Although we didn’t have a dog, we have looked after a family dog (Labrador) at times. We also renovated and developed a small cottage on the property for short term rental, and totally renovated the farmhouse.
Our garden covered over an acre, and was tended pretty constantly by us. We have opened the garden several times over the years.
