Hi, our names are Fiona, Martin and Kai. We are a young energetic family who own land in Bexhill NSW and are looking to help others with their homes in this region as we transition to building our own self-sufficient dream. We are currently sitting in Wardell NSW until September 2016. We are healthy, active non-smokers who are passionate about respect for the environment and all living things.

We pride ourselves on having a good reputation as tenants since 2006 and creating lasting friendships with our landlords. We are passionate about maintaining and improving the homes we live in, regardless of whether we own them or not.

Martin is a strong, fit and passionate gardener and trouble-shooting handyman with tertiary environmental qualifications. He is off work in the solar power industry as he is currently a stay at home dad.

Fiona is a budding permaculturalist with environmental qualifications, currently on maternity leave from an environmental research position. We have a beautiful nineteen month old baby boy, Kai who is the love of our lives and enjoys the outdoors and having his parents happy and right beside him as he grows up.

We can immediately provide references and police checks from our many years as tenants in Australia and overseas. We love all animals and are more than happy to look after pets, large houses and acreage properties (Martin can drive tractors and operate small machinery such as brush-cutters and chainsaws). We particularly love to grow our own food and have always had a large fruit and vegetable garden where we have lived, or in community gardens nearby.
