My name is Giada, my boyfriend Davide and I have been traveling for two years around Australia and New Zealand.
We'll be again in Sydney the 7th of June til the end of August.
We come from Italy, from a small town called Como in the North, we are 31 and 33 years old.
During our journey we've been experiencing different jobs and woofing.
We have worked as waitress and kitchen hand in Australia, while in New Zealand we experienced different orchard jobs and Nursery plants, mostly Vineyard though (harvesting, pruning and thinning).
Regarding woofing experience we've been in Yungaburra, Cairns Queensland, for six weeks helping the host cleaning his own restaurant and house and gardening jobs.
In New Zealand we've been woofing in a Hostel in Picton, named Sequoia Lodge, our duties were cleaning and tiding up rooms, bathrooms and kitchen plus other small jobs around.
The other woofing experience has been in Waiheke Island for a Luxury B&B called Breakfast on the beach Lodge, and our duties were looking after the dog Holly, cleaning the house, gardening, maintaining and small repairing and serving breakfast to the guests.
We adapt easily and we like to experience every time new situations.
We love animals, I've always been taking care of cats since I was a child and Davide has been volounteering for an Animal Shelter (doghouse) for one year in Como, Italy.
Back in Italy my boyfriend and I used to live in an apartment with two cats and we used to care of our small vegetable garden, I've been working for an Insurance Broker for six years and Davide worked for a warehouse as forklift driver for seven years.
We like to cook and enjoy nature, hiking, reading, watching movies and especially traveling.
We are quiet people, friendly and generous, tidy and clean.
We like to look after things (people, animals, houses..) and that's why we would like to try the experience of House sitting during our staying in Sydney.
We know pretty well the city because we worked there for six month in 2016.
