Hello!

After several years travelling and volunteering around the world during a (very extended) sabbatical from my role as a project manager, I am back in Australia to commence studying a Masters Degree in Melbourne.

A bit about me - I'm from Perth so I love the beach, yoga, basketball, photography, exploring new places and meeting new people :) I live a pretty simple and relaxed lifestyle and feel blessed to wake up each morning.

I have a partner Naqia who is also from Perth. She loves discovering new music, visitng all types of markets, drawing cartoons and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea. She's a law graduate completing her practical legal training full-time while doing a placement at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre in Footscray. She also spent last year abroad studying and volunteering.

We will be house sitting together assuming we are able to find a host who would like our assistance!

We have both been housesitters in the past and have enjoyed the experience so much we thought why not try and do the same in Melbourne before we try to find somewhere more permanent. We love animals and have been enjoying the experience of taking care of a variety of pets and homes for others. This year we have had the pleasure of looking after a rabbit, adoring little dogs and some gorgeous cats!

On the animal front - I grew up with dogs as pets for most of my life and love them to bits. Naqia is an avid cat lover but has a lot of house-sitting experience taking care of cats and dogs, and has fostered several cats herself.
