We are Kevin (66, doctor) and Ell (57, artist). We're Aussies moving back to Australia from 18 years living overseas. We are both taking at least 3 months off to find our forever home and see housesitting as a great way to get to know Canberra while we look. We are both great cat lovers (ours will be cared for by family while we're on our house hunt) but have also both had pets such as dogs, birds and fish. As we won't be working all our time can be devoted to your pets and home while you're away. We have our own home in the UK and have had good experiences using a house sitter (who looked after our 2 burmese) so we know what sets people at ease when leaving their loved pets and home in their care. We have also been housesitters ourselves when we first moved to the UK (where we cared for a dog and cat on a small farm). Should you choose to contact us we look forward very much to the opportunity of housesitting for you. Our availability begins on July 19th.
