Colin & I are both in our early 30's and working full time. We are both plugging away at tertiary study while we work.
We're very clean, and organised. We love gardening and any type of pet (I wish I had my own but will have to love yours instead for now!). We don't smoke or drink and are pretty quiet.
Real estate agents have always been impressed by the condition we keep rental properties in and a previous owner gave us amazing feedback after we house-sat her house a number of years ago leaving it cleaner than when we arrived.
